1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Wirekitty, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
Wirekitty provides a browser-based wireframing editor, product docs and marketing pages, and hosted preview workflows for AI-assisted design review.
The product is still evolving. Features, tool names, flows, and availability may change without notice.
3. Local-First Editor
The editor stores canvases locally in your browser unless you deliberately export them or open a hosted preview session that imports data into the app.
Reporting an issue may send the support details and runtime context described in the Privacy Policy, but it does not attach a canvas screenshot by default.
You are responsible for your device, browser profile, local backups, and any browser-storage clearing that removes your data.
4. AI and Preview Workflows
Wirekitty supports AI review flows where a preview URL opens a
wireframe in the editor, later revisions may be published to the
same wireframeId, and the latest approved screenshot can be
returned to the requesting agent.
- You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before relying on it.
- Later AI revisions can overwrite local canvas state if you choose to accept them.
- You are responsible for using trusted AI tools, callback URLs, and external systems.
5. Permitted Use
- Use Wirekitty only for lawful purposes.
- Do not disrupt, abuse, or attempt to bypass service protections.
- Do not use Wirekitty to infringe intellectual property or other legal rights.
- Do not introduce malware, harmful automation, or abusive traffic.
6. Your Content
You retain ownership of the prompts, wireframes, screenshots, and other content you provide. You grant Wirekitty a limited right to process that content only as needed to operate the service and the workflows you trigger.
7. Forms, Feedback, and Exports
If you submit a contact request, subscribe to the newsletter, or report an issue, you authorize Wirekitty to process that submission for support, operations, or communications.
Exported files and screenshots are your responsibility once they leave the editor and are shared with other tools or people.
8. Third-Party Services
Wirekitty relies on third-party services such as Netlify, Simple Analytics, PostHog, browsers, and AI tooling ecosystems. Their terms and privacy policies apply to the services they provide.
9. Intellectual Property
Wirekitty software, branding, and site content are protected by intellectual property laws. Except where allowed by law, you may not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from Wirekitty materials without permission.
10. Availability and Changes
Wirekitty is provided on an "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service at any time.
11. Privacy and Cookies
Your use of Wirekitty is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy .
12. Disclaimers
Wirekitty is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wirekitty is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business interruption arising from your use of the service.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the law applicable to the Wirekitty operator, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless local law requires otherwise.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
