Terms of Service

Last updated: March 1, 2026

These Terms govern use of Wirekitty services, including wirekitty.dev, app.wirekitty.dev, and mcp.wirekitty.dev.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Wirekitty services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Eligibility and Authority

You represent that you are legally able to enter into these Terms and, if using Wirekitty on behalf of an organization, that you have authority to bind that organization.

3. Service Description and Beta Status

Wirekitty provides a wireframing editor, documentation/marketing site, and a hosted MCP server for AI-assisted wireframe workflows. The services are evolving and may be in beta; features can change, be limited, or be removed.

4. Local-First Editor and User Responsibility

The editor is designed to store project data locally in your browser unless you choose to send data through explicit flows (for example issue reporting or AI/MCP callback workflows). You are responsible for managing your browser storage, backups, and local device security.

5. Permitted Use

You may use Wirekitty only for lawful purposes.

  • Do not abuse, disrupt, or attempt to bypass service limits or security controls.
  • Do not use the services to infringe intellectual property or other legal rights.
  • Do not introduce malware, unauthorized automation, or harmful traffic patterns.

6. AI, MCP, and Callback Workflows

Wirekitty provides tooling for wireframe generation and approval workflows, including MCP integrations. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output and for your final product decisions, implementations, and deployments.

If you use callback-based approval flows, approved wireframe metadata is sent to the callback URL in your session. You are responsible for using trusted endpoints and understanding third-party data handling.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you provide (for example prompts, wireframes, and metadata). You grant Wirekitty a limited license to process that content as needed to provide the services.

8. Third-Party Services

Wirekitty relies on third-party services (for example hosting, analytics, and form processing) and may be used alongside third-party MCP/AI tools. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Intellectual Property

Wirekitty, including software, branding, and site content, is protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly allowed, you may not copy, reverse engineer, distribute, or create derivative works from Wirekitty materials.

10. Availability, Suspension, and Termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if required by law, to protect the service, or if you violate these Terms.

11. Privacy and Cookie Choices

Your use of Wirekitty is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. In the app, optional analytics cookies can be changed in settings, and required legal acknowledgements may be requested before onboarding continues.

12. Disclaimers

Wirekitty services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wirekitty and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business interruption arising from use of the services.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction selected by Wirekitty, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless local law requires otherwise.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms over time. Continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
